Brew York Clever Gyle Modern Pale Ale

We have brewed a pale that, unlike the falsely oversized creatures in the famous film, is true to form, compact and yet not lacking in bite. Strata, Motueka, Simcoe and Talus hops hit harder than a Triceratops and bring a huge stampede of tropical, citrus and stone fruit flavours.
